i'm gonna die waiting for the next GG season to come out, i tell you. the whole 'georgina' issue isn't gonna end til' next season lah, what the hell. and chace crawford is just getting hotter by the episode *melts*
post-exam activities suck. as usual, yeah, but i expected more since we're now like, upper sec. there was some metal-tooling shit on tuesday. a stupid waste of time, i swear. even the vendors were like, "i don't know why you're doing this, but your school paid us to come down and teach you", and then played hangman with us after that. we've been getting our results back these past 2 days. am quite pleased with my results, seeing that i only studied for the subject the day before and didn't manage to finish studying bits of it. i failed lit though. but aiyah, it's not like, a huge surprise or anything anyway because i REALLY suck at it. the surprise is that i'm actually quite okay with it and not depressed, and anyway a few other people from the class failed too. had a B4 for chem, which would normally sound depressing for me cos it's a science subject and all, but i was happy that i had more than a borderline pass, cos i seriously didn't understand like, half of the paper. didn't get back the full chinese marks, but i'm seriously hoping for at least a B3 cos i don't want tan poh yoke keeping an eye on me during her classes. had As for the rest, i'm so pleased! especially for a maths, seeing that i left 25 marks blank, and also combined humanities cos i couldn't handle history, but my ss paper pulled me up.
i went to borders after school today. to use up some vouchers, and also because the class banner painting for the netball carnival kinda got cancelled. i only ended up buying 2 books cos i went there and realised i didn't have much cash, but i had my gift card thing, thank god. i still couldn't find the perks of being a wallflower, i'm so sad! and i spent a lot of time reading the mags cos i'm seriously deprived, seeing how most of the mags in kino were all wrapped up the last time i went there. and then i decided to drop by the billabong store in isetan. so i took the escalator up, and realised that there was a private isetan sale. and then i had to go back down, so malu! i went to pacific plaza after that, and bought myself the stussy pouch that i've been eyeing for yonks, cos it was 50% off, hahaha! it's not even that nice lah, it's just the nicest pouch i've seen that's affordable.
idol last night was quite funny! they sang 3 songs each -- judges' choice, producers' choice, own choice, usual top 3 stuff. archuleta was again quite boring. and he chose chris brown's with you cos he wanted something different and all, but it was so damn funny! syesha wasn't that good, compared to the past 4, 5 weeks, but better than her old self. david cook was quite obviously the best, even though he wasn't that good with dare you to move and i don't wanna miss a thing. simon chose his 1st song and it obviously was damn good, whatever it's called, i hadn't heard of it before. as simon said, "1st round goes to cook & cowell!", or something along those lines. the producers' choices all sucked lah! and before idol, in school, i just told daphne that simon would choose for cook, randy would choose for syesha and paula would choose for archuleta, and i was right. am i like, the bomb or what?! am totally expecting syesha to get kicked out. 10 more minutes! i've been wanting my david-david final since the top 24! i might just die of a heart attack if 1 of the davids go. and i'm still upset that michael johns got kicked out even before top 6, let alone top 3. actually, along the way i wanted him to either win or be the runner-up, since archuleta was getting so boring and cook was getting arrogant. and also, i kinda want archuleta to win, cos the idols' careers more or less suck, and i don't want david cook's career to ever die, heh.
FINALLY signed up for drum lessons at yamaha, got my drums book, but not the drumsticks yet, anyway, NOW I'M FREAKING OUT ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING!
